• Calendly (Calendly LLC): Our booking links use Calendly to schedule consultations. Information provided when booking is processed by Calendly in accordance with their privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.

PIPEDA Compliance

Data Retention

Personal information collected in connection with mortgage applications is retained for the period required by applicable law and our regulatory obligations under FSRA Ontario. Contact form and checklist signup data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and is deleted upon request.

• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
